Verify the location of the primary and secondary MCPM.

Upgrade the secondary MCPM first.
Enter the following command to remove the secondary MCPM card from service.

Do not use the force command unless this is the only MCPM card in service; MCPM
collection and reporting service should be maintained at all times.
Note:
Removing the last MCPM or only MCPM from service will cause loss of
measurements data.
If there is more than one MCPM card in service, enter:
inh-card:loc=xxxx
where xxxx is the secondary MCPM card location.
If there is only one MCPM card in service, enter:
inh-card:loc=xxx:force=yes
where xxxx is the secondary MCPM card location.
