Remove a fuse from the first position of A-side fuse bank on the FAP and insert a blown

fuse in its place. This will be done on the A-side then the B-side of the FAP
The FUSE ALM LED for that side and the Major LED should illuminate RED after the
blown fuse has been inserted indicating the presence of a blown fuse.
The VT terminal of the STP should report the presence of a blown fuse.
