There is a black/white level failure on the CIS.

Check electrical connections between IIT and DADF. Disconnect and reconnect CIS and

Extension PWB.

There is a synchronization failure on the IF PWB.

Check electrical connections between IIT and DADF.

If the problem persists, replace the IF PWB (PL 13.2)
