E-mail was received with E-mail to Box and E-mail to Fax not selected.
Procedure
Change the settings and repeat the operation.
If the problem persists check the remote machine.
Replace the FCB PWB (PL 11.3)
If the problem persists, replace the EMB PWB (PL 11.3)
If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB (PL 11.2).
