Verification of the specified password failed.
Procedure
Perform following as required
1.
Verify machine is connected to dedicated analog line (not ISDN).
2.
Verify that no password is set.
Customer can perform following steps if system admin is accessible with code (five one's)
11111, or code is available.
a.
Press the Log In / Out Button on the Control Panel and enter (five one's) 11111
using the number keypad and select Confirm.
b.
Select System Settings.
c.
Select System Settings again.
d.
Select FAX Mode Settings.
e.
Select Local Terminal Settings.
f.
Check that 3. Machine Password is (not set).
If it is (not set), select close/exit as required. Go to step 3.
If a password is set, go to step g.
g.
Select 3. Machine Password and select Change Settings.
h.
Select Backspace as required to delete the password.
i.
Select Save.
j.
Select Close/Exit as required.
k.
Select Close again.
l.
Select Close again.
m.
Power machine off and on to verify setting change.
3.
Initialize NVM.
