Failure was detected on the Fax Option Slot 1 PWB.
Procedure
Check the installation of the PWB in Slot 1 on the FCB PWB.
If the problem persists perform GP 2 Fax Checkout.
If the problem persists replace the FCB PWB (PL 11.3).
