5.3.2 Blob analysis
Introduction
Clicking on Advanced on the Parameters tab when the blob analysis type is used,
gives access to additional settings for optimizing the identification of blobs.

Detail Settings
The following settings apply at detail level, i.e. they affect all the teachin positions
for the detail.
Use perimeter
Use perimeter must be selected if the perimeter is to be included in the properties
that are analyzed and compared with the teachin details. Tick this setting to set
the permitted deviations for perimeter.
Use elongation
Use elongation must be selected if the elongation is to be included in the properties
that are analyzed and compared with the teachin details. Tick this box to set the
permitted deviations for elongation.
Use compactness
Use compactness must be selected if the compactness is to be included in the
properties that are analyzed and compared with the teachin details. Tick this box
to set the permitted deviations for compactness.
