Description
This procedure runs feeder one detail length + desired space
space between parts. Also resets and initializes variables for
feeder.
Setup restrictions for out feeder belt and detail. This procedure
should be called once before start using RunFeederOut or Cal-
cFeederOutLeaveOffset.
This function is used for basic setup. For advanced setup, use
SetUpFeederOutBelt and SetUpFeederOutDetail.

called once before start using RunFeederOut or CalcFeederOut-

The routine also calculates how many details fit in each row and
if a left over part space should be reserved.
