11.3.6 Smartphone connection

Make sure that the FlexLoader Vision PC is connected to the internet and that the
smartphone settings are enabled and configured in the configuration editor (see
License data on page
In case of connectivity problems ensure that network configuration is correct. A
common problem is that a default gateway has been configured for the Robot or
GigE connection. Normally, only the outbound network connection is to have a
default gateway specified.
Data is stored locally in case of lost network connectivity. Upon reconnection, this
data is reported to the app.
The data and time settings on the PC must be correctly set and match the
smartphone settings.
Using a smartphone connection with FlexLoader Vision Lite requires an additional
setting in FlexLoaderVisionLite.xml. In the section BaseData, set the value
isSmartphoneActive to true.
