[Bits 2, 1, and 0]: CLK2, CLK1, and CLK0
These bits are used to select a counter clock for the 16-bit free-run timer. Immediately after
these bits are set to a new value, the clock is switched. Therefore, change these bits while
the output compare and input capture are stopped.
