Using the MK&.$$i!%Cl Key to Activate a Fixed Reference Marker
Marker zero enters the position of the active marker as the A reference position. Alternatively,
you can specify the fixed point with .jZU$D HE~,.PfEUTXO~ . Marker zero is canceled by
switching delta mode off.
