Transistor Test Fixtures
The following Hewlett-Packard transistor test fixture is compatible with the HP 8719D/20D/22D.

HP 86041A Transistor Test Fixture Kit
This fixture kit can be used to test and characterize stripline packaged microwave transistors.
It includes inserts that accept 70 and 100 miI transistor packages, and is capable of making
measurements from dc to 18 GHz. Short and through verification devices are included.
The appropriate 7-mm adapter set, cables, and calibration kit wiII have be ordered to allow the
analyzer to interface with the HP 85041A's precision 7mm connectors. lb be useful, this fixture
kit must also be used with the HP 85014C active device measurement software.
Bias Supplies and Networks
Bias supplies
Bias supplies can be used for intemai biasing with the network analyzer. The HP 14852A Bias
Interconnect Cable is recommended for use with the following bias supplies.
HP 6626A Precision DC Power Supply

This power supply can provide a maximum of 50 V at 2 A.
HP 4142B Modular DC Source/Monitor

This power supply can provide a maximum of 200 V at 10 A.
