When an instrument's frequency list mode is used, as it was in Example 4, a list of frequencies
is stored in the hle after the VAFLLIST-BEGIN statement. The unsorted frequency list
segments used by this instrument to create the VAR-LIST-BEGIN data are defined in the #NA
ARB-SEG statements.
