Shortcut Menus

Shortcut menus are accessed when you right-click on the tabular or graphical portion of a
report.

Tabular Reports

Resize column
Rename column
Move column
Align column
Hide column
Show column
Column font
Header font

Displays a dialog so that you can specify the width of the
selected column (in inches).
Displays a dialog so that you can edit the name of the
selected column. Use
Ctrl + Enter
Allows you to move the location of the selected column to
the left or to the right.
Enables you to right-align, left-align, or center the data in the
selected column.
Displays a list of the columns that have not been hidden,
enabling you to select the one you wish to hide.
Displays a list of all hidden columns, enabling you to select
the one you wish to have shown again.
Displays a Font dialog, allowing you to change font attri-
butes for the tabular data in the current report.
Displays a Font dialog, allowing you to change font attri-
butes for column headers in the current report.
Onscreen Reports
to insert line feeds.
