Allows you to specify a temperature at which the sample
will be held for the remainder of the evacuation.
Enables you to specify an evacuation rate for initial
evacuation.
Enables you to specify a pressure at which unrestricted
sample evacuation will begin.
Enables you to specify the vacuum level to be achieved
before evacuation begins.
Enables yo to specify how long the sample is to be
evacuated prior to the second stage of heating.
The options in this group box allow you to specify
conditions for the heating phase of the degassing operation.
Enables you to specify the rate at which the temperature will
change after evacuation while advancing to the hold
temperature.
Enables you to specify a temperature at which the sample is
to be held during degassing.
Enables you to specify how long the sample is to be held at
the specified temperature before beginning to cool down.
If during the temperature ramp the pressure exceeds the
value you enter in this field, the ramp will be suspended until
the pressure returns to a safe level.
Select this option to have the sample tube backfilled. You
should deselect this option if you are using the TranSeal; this
allows the sample to remain under vacuum while
transferring to the analysis port.
