Enabled if you have chosen to enter the free space values
(Free Space option on the Analysis Conditions dialog). Enter
(or confirm) the appropriate values.
Displays the Report Settings dialog so that you may specify
report output options.
Unavailable
for an
Analyst.
Select this option to have reports generated automatically
after analysis, then choose a destination.
Prints the report to the monitor screen. This option allows
you to customize reports with details such as font and col-
umn placement. Refer to
the options available for onscreen reports.
Prints the report to your default printer.
Enabled when you choose Print as the destination for
reports, allowing you to generate up to four copies.
Prints report data to a file; The File name field is enabled so
that you may enter a name. Or you can accept the name
assigned by the software. The file is printed to the Export
directory which a Developer can access and retrieve the
file(s).
This option does not display for an Analyst.
