Adding agents
Introduction
An agent receives incoming customer calls. When you add an agent account,
you must define the following properties:
the agent's phoneset information
!
the agent's call presentation class
!
the agent's supervisor
!
Note: You can add a maximum of 150 agents.
To add an agent

In the Administration window, from the User Administration drop-down
menu, choose Agent/Supervisor Administration.
Result: The Agent/Supervisor Administration window appears.
