e. Enter the DN of the phone you want to use to record the digit, and then

If you want to rerecord the digit, click Yes.
Result: The DN number dialog box appears.
click OK.
Result: The phone rings.
Answer the phone. Recording begins as soon as the phone is
answered.
For example, to record zero, say "zero." To record the digit 2, say "2."
To replay the digit, click Play.
Result: The DN number dialog box appears.
Enter the DN of the phone you want to use to play the message, and
then click OK.
Answer the phone and listen to the playback. After the playback, the
phone is disconnected.
