Choose File ➝ Properties.
Result: The User Property Sheet appears.

Check Reset Password.

Click Save to return to the Agent/Supervisor Administration window.
Result: The following message appears:

Click OK.
Result: The user can now log on using the default password.
To return to the Administration window, choose File ➝ Close.
