To deactivate the emergency state

Log on to Symposium Express Call Center using the customer
administrator's user ID (custadmin).

Click the bottom light in the stop light at the bottom left side of the window.
Result: The following message appears:

Click Yes.
Result: The emergency state is deactivated. Normal call center functions
resume.
