Select the days of the week and the hours during which the call center is
open.
Note: Enter the hours in 24-hour clock format (hh:mm).
If your call center is open 24 hours a day, then the start time is 0:00 and the
end time is 23:59.

Click Next.
Result: The Out Of Service dialog box appears.
