configure Position In Queue a. in the Voice Services/CallPilot/MMail

THEN
a. in the Voice Services/CallPilot/MMail
Segments box, click Expected Wait Time.
b. click Add Segment.
c. enter a treatment number, and then click
OK.
d. repeat steps b and c for each voice
segment.
e. in the Voice Services/MMail Segment/
CallPilot Configuration box, enter the time
interval, in seconds, for which each segment
plays.
Segments box, click Position In Queue.

OK.
d. repeat steps b and c for each voice
segment.
e. in the Voice Services/MMail Segment/
CallPilot Configuration box, enter the interval
(number of calls) for which each segment
plays.
