2 Choose File ➝ Add.
Result: The User Property Sheet appears.
3 Complete the General section by entering information into the following
boxes:
First Name: The agent's given name.
Last Name: The agent's family or surname.
Title: The agent's job title.
Language: The agent's preferred language.
Department: The name of the department with which the agent is
associated.
Comments: Additional information about the agent. This box is optional.
