Configuring call treatments and call routing
To add call treatments

In the Administration window, from the Call Administration drop-down
menu, choose Call Treatment.
Result: The Call Treatments window appears.

Click Add.
Result: A dialog box appears, prompting you for the name of the treatment.

Enter a name for the call treatment, and then click OK.
Note: The following rules apply to treatment names:
Punctuation marks ( " , . [ ] { } ( ) /'#-" ) are not allowed.

Spaces are not allowed; however, the underscore character ( _ ) may be

used.
The name must not exceed 25 characters in length.

The name must not start with a numeric character.
!
The name must not include any of the reserved words shown in
!
Appendix C, "Reserved words list."
Result: The Hours Of Business dialog box appears.
