14 Click Apply.
15 Click Record.
Result: If the prompt has already been recorded, the following dialog box
appears:
If you want to rerecord the prompt, click Yes.
Result: The DN number dialog box appears.
16 Enter the DN of the phone you want to use to record the message, and then
click OK.
Result: The phone rings.
17 Answer the phone.
Result: Recording begins as soon as the phone is answered.
18 Record the opening treatment message.
Example:
Please enter your account number and terminate with the # sign
19 When you finish recording your message, hang up.
20 To replay your message, click Play.
Result: The DN number dialog box appears.
