Ignition timing control

The CDI unit determines the optimum ignition timing and sends the electric current to the primary
coil of the ignition coil according to the signals from the pulser coil, thermo sensor, and oil pressure
switch.
In addition, during an overheating or low oil pressure alert, the CDI unit operates the buzzer (remote
control model) and turns on the alert indicator (located on the bottom cowling and digital tachometer
[optional]).
