Removing the power unit (remote
control model)
1. Remove the grommet holder 1, and
then remove the rigging grommet 2 and
grommet 3.

2. Remove the clips 4, and then discon-
nect the shift link rod 5, shift cable 6,
and throttle cable 7.

3. Unfasten the 10-pin main wiring harness
coupler a from the holders 8.
4. Disconnect the 10-pin main wiring har-
ness coupler a, and then unfasten the
extension wiring harness b from the
holders 9.

5. Disconnect the battery cables 0 and bat-
tery lead c, and then unfasten the nega-
tive battery cable from the holder A.

6. Disconnect the battery lead connector
d, and then unfasten the battery lead c
and main wiring harness from the holders
B and C.

7. Remove the PTT relay cover D, and
then remove the caps e and plastic tie

8. Disconnect the PTT motor leads f, and
then unfasten the PTT motor leads from
the holder F. (PTT model)

9. Disconnect the alert indicator coupler g.
