4. Install the relief valve 3, valve seat 8,
and spring 9, and then tighten the valve
lock screw 7 to the specified torque.

Valve lock screw 7 (F25):
Valve lock screw 8 (FT25):
6 N·m (0.6 kgf·m, 4.4 ft·lb)
5. Install new O-rings 0, A, and B to the
main valves C.
6. Install a new O-ring D to the shuttle pis-
ton E.

7. Install the shuttle piston E, and then
tighten the main valves C to the speci-
fied torque.

Main valve C: 11 N·m (1.1 kgf·m, 8.1 ft·lb)
8. Install new O-rings F and G to the man-
ual valve H.
9. Install the manual valve seats I, adapter
J, spring K, and manual valve H, and
then install the circlip L.

Manual valve H:
3 N·m (0.3 kgf·m, 2.2 ft·lb)
10. Install new O-rings M, the filters N, the
valve seal O, the valve pin P, the spring
Q, and new O-rings R.
11. Install the gear pump assembly S, and
then tighten the bolts T to the specified
torque.
