Installing the flywheel magnet

1. Install the base 1 and stator assembly
2, and then install the pulser coil 3.

2. Install the Woodruff key 4, flywheel
magnet 5, and washer 6, and then
tighten the nut 7 to the specified torque.
NOTICE: Apply force in the direction
of the arrow to prevent the flywheel
holder from slipping off easily.

Flywheel magnet nut 7:
157 N·m (15.7 kgf·m, 115.8 ft·lb)
TIP:
Make sure to remove any grease from the
tapered portion a of the crankshaft and the
inner surface b of the flywheel magnet 5.
