Disassembling the swivel bracket

1. Unhook the spring 1.

2. Remove the E-clip 2, and then remove
the pin 3.

3. Remove the tilt lever 4, tilt lock lever 5,
tilt support bar 6, and collar 7, and then
remove the spring 1.

TIP:
Unhook tilt lock rod 8 from the tilt lever 4
when removing the lever.
4. Remove the springs 9.
5. Remove the cotter pin 0, and then
remove the pin A and collar B.

6. Remove the cotter pins C, and then dis-
assemble the pin D, tilt lock rod 8, tilt
lock arm E, and tilt lock plates F and G.

Assembling the swivel bracket

1. Assemble the tilt lock plates 1 and 2, tilt
lock arm 3, tilt lock rod 4, and pin 5,
and then install the cotter pins 6.

2. Pass the pin 7 through the swivel
bracket 8, collar 9, and tilt lock plates
1 and 2, and then install the cotter pin
0.
