13. Disconnect the oil pressure switch con-
nector m and thermo sensor coupler n.
14. Disconnect the Rectifier Regulator cou-
pler p. (Electric starter model)
15. Unfasten the main wiring harness from
the holders 0 and A.
16. Disconnect the ignition coil connectors r
and ground lead s.
17. Remove the PTT switch coupler t from
the bracket. (PTT model)

Installing the wiring harness

1. Install the PTT switch coupler a to the
bracket. (PTT model)
2. Connect the ignition coil connectors b
and ground lead c.

Wiring harness and CDI unit
3. Fasten the main wiring harness using the
holders 1 and 2.
4. Connect the Rectifier Regulator coupler
d. (Electric starter model)
5. Connect the thermo sensor coupler e
and oil pressure switch connector f.

6. Install the bracket 3.
7. Connect the magnet switch lead g.
(Electric starter model)
8. Install the starter relay 4, and then con-
nect the ground leads h. (Electric starter
model)
9. Connect the starter relay lead k.
10. Install the fuse holders 5 and 6, and
then fasten the main wiring harness
using the holders 7. (Electric starter
model)
