Disassembling the upper case

1. Remove the engine oil drain bolt 1.
2. Remove the oil pan assembly 2 and
dowels 3.
3. Remove the rubber seals 4 and 5 and
damper 6.

4. Remove the guide 7 and baffle plate 8.

5. Remove the circlip 9 and collar 0.

6. Remove the drive shaft bushing A.

Checking the drive shaft bushing

1. Check the drive shaft bushing. Replace if
cracked or worn.

Assembling the upper case

Do not reuse a gasket or rubber seal,
always replace it with a new one.
1. Install the drive shaft bushing 1 into the
upper case.

2. Install the collar 4 and circlip 5.
