Removing the clamp bracket

1. Remove the ground lead 1.
2. Remove the tilt pin 2 and bolt 3.

3. Remove the E-clips 4, and then remove
the tilt stopper plate pins 5 and 6.
4. Remove the tilt stopper plates 7.

5. Remove the caps 8, and then remove
the self-locking nuts 9 and plate 0.
6. Remove the through tube A and collar
B, and then disassemble the clamp
brackets C and D and swivel bracket E.

Installing the clamp bracket

1. Tighten the self-locking nut 1 completely
onto the shorter threaded end of the
through tube 2.

2. Install the tilt stopper plates 3 to the
clamp brackets 4 and 5, and then
tighten the nuts 6 to the specified
torque.
