The first and second numbers are the cabinet numbers.
The third character is the carrier.
The fourth and fifth characters are the slot numbers. G650 has 14
slots.
The sixth and seventh characters are the port numbers.

since the switch was set up, and the administrator expects that the
extension has a non-IP set. Or, the extension had a non-IP set, and it
