When configuring a system with 8000-CPU w/Ethernet card, you must use two CPU cards and
cable both to the LAN to keep the Ethernet port functioning after a CPU switch. The
illustration above in Figure 5-77 shows a system where the Ethernet port is assigned and active
for management.
