This command is currently a place-holder for future development. In the initial offering of the
point to point configuration, STS-2 and STS-3 are hard-coded as up and functional. The
ethernet port on the OC3 operates only as a 1-Gig ethernet port, and operates as an ethernet
extender.
Fiber switch
This command allow the user to execute a switch of the active and redundant fibers from an
operator without the need for personnel to be on site.
