Description/Comments
This option sets the ringing start
time for the headset ear piece on a
single line telephone.
Set various options for ACD
Groups. When an option is set for
an ACD Group, the setting is in
force (if applicable) for all agents
in the group.
For each ACD Queue (1~64)
assign the One-Digit number (0~9,

) to be used for the One-Digit
Dial Out Option.
Set various options for ACD

an ACD Group, the setting is in
force (if applicable) for all agents
in the group.
For each ACD Queue (1~64),
assign the Destination Number
Type.
