18.6 Multipoint Feature
This feature allows to connect an outgoing call to the opposite office specified by dialed Caller ID for register-
ing multiple connected parties with MG-SIP128 [MG-128SIPMGJ].
Dial Number (Search Number) and Connected Party is controlled by Multipoint Data Table in MG-SIP128
[MG-128SIPMGJ]. By using this feature, a call is originated for each Search Number without passing through
SIP server. Registering multiple Connected Parties to one Search Number can execute alternate routing by MG-
SIP when the system failure occurs.

18.6.1 Precautions
(1) By using "set mp_mode" command, Multipoint mode can be switched to valid/invalid.
(2) Up to 4 connected parties from Primary to Quaternary are registered for each Search Number.
(3) Up to 500 Search Numbers are registered.
Note: Dial Number cannot be registered redundantly.
(4) Alternate routing is executed by Round Robin method.
