Tool data for automatic tool measurement
Refer to your machine manual.
The machine tool builder defines whether the R-OFFS
offset will be taken into account for a tool with CUT 0.
Your machine tool builder defines the default value for
the R-OFFS and L-OFFS columns.
Parameter Meaning
Number of teeth (99 teeth maximum)
CUT
Permissible deviation from tool length L for wear detection.
LTOL
If the entered value is exceeded, the control locks the tool
(status L). Input range: 0 to 0.9999 mm
Permissible deviation from tool radius R for wear detection.
RTOL
If the entered value is exceeded, the control locks the tool
(status L). Input range: 0 to 0.9999 mm
