10 Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Description and error cause
An emergency stop input signal (STOP)
was input.
The combination of the Servomotor and
Servo Drive is not appropriate.
The encoder was not connected when the
power supply was turned ON.
The control circuit malfunctioned due to
excess noise or some other problem.
