Digital Capture Setup
With the Agilent 93000 SOC Series, capturing of digital output
data of SOC devices, such as the output of an (embedded) ADC, is
done with normal digital pins. The captured data is stored in the
vector memory of the capture pins.
Any digital pin of the tester can be used for digital capturing. This
allows maximum test setup flexibility.
To perform the result analysis, the captured data is retrieved by
means of vector variables.
A vector variable also allows you to filter out only the data of
interest from all captured data.
All settings for digital capture, for the pins you want to capture
data with, and for the vector variables, are made with the Vector
Setup Tool. The tool provides a special menu and setup windows
for digital capture.
