trigger delay, even if one common trigger pin is used in all units.
For digitizers, the initial discard parameter can also be used to
shift the capture start timing.
The units that are never used simultaneously in any test in the
testflow:
For only the units that are used in a test, you can enable the trigger
signal. For each unit, a trigger signal can be enabled and disabled.
The following figure is an example where four units are used for
one site: two sites using one module. In one site, two of the four
units are always triggered with the same timing, and the other two
units are also always triggered with the same timing. Thus, two
trigger timings (two trigger input pins) are used in one site.

For each unit, select one of the trigger input pins: CT1, CT2, or XX+.
XX+ is the unit trigger pin. Multiple trigger input pins cannot be
assigned for one unit.
This trigger setup is called trigger configuration and is specified in
a dialog of the Pin Configuration window. The trigger configuration
for each unit must be used throughout the testflow.
It is recommended that you use the common trigger pins. If
additional trigger input pins are required, use the unit trigger pins
also. This is because the common trigger pins are the trigger input
use only, and multiple units can be triggered by one trigger source,
that is, by one digital channel. For using the unit trigger pin, the
pin becomes the trigger input use only, and cannot be used as the
analog input/output.
