Lesson 6 – Executing the DAC Linearity Test

Before you attempt to upload waveform data, ensure that the test
flow flag "Debug Analog" has been enabled. Only if this flag is set, the
waveform data gets stored in a temporary file which will then be read
by the Mixed-Signal Tool.
How to Specify Upload Parameters
To specify the contents of the waveform result section:

Upload Configuration Window
The window comprises three panels—one for each waveform
display area of the waveform result section. Each panel is divided
in a D section and a C
ATA
The D section allows you to select the data to be uploaded.

The C section allows you to specify how that data shall

be displayed. The parameters in this section have no effect on
the amount and range of the uploaded data.
Activate the panels you wish to use.

An inactive panel is completely discarded. That means, this
waveform will not be uploaded, and your input into the
parameter fields will not be validated.
Note that the activation or deactivation of one these panels is
completely independent from the display of waveform result sections.
