Sequence Program for Ultra High Speed AWG
In the above example, the hardware settings are downloaded and
activated just before executing the digital sequence program. At
this time, the AWG starts the sequence (line 0) to generate the
dummy waveform (0 V DC waveform). After halted the dummy
waveform, the AWG waits for the trigger signal to generate the
next waveform (sine wave).
In either case that you use the DAC testfunctions or the test method
program described in later unit, they will issue the FLSH firmware
command internally. The FLSH firmware command downloads and
activates the hardware module settings. Therefore, the Ultra High
Speed AWG automatically starts the sequence program immediately
on receiving the FLSH firmware command.
Clock Domain Setup - Defining the Sample
Frequency
The Clock Domain Setup page of the Analog Setup Tool lets you
define the clock domain for the AWG, and the sample frequency it
shall operate with.
