34. Enter the CO line directory number (740‐755) to be programmed for use
with the automated attendant.
35. Press the softkey beneath show . The next database item for Automated
Attendant operation of this CO line ( AUTO_A LINE ) displays.
36. Toggle the softkey beneath chg for Y/N . Y indicates that this CO line will
be answered by the automated attendant. N indicates that it will not.
37. Press the softkey beneath next . The next database item (Service) and the
current setting displays.
38. Press the softkey beneath chg to select the appropriate operation mode for
automated attendant for this CO line. (Available options are: ALWAYS ,
NEVER , DAY , and EVE .)
39. Press the softkey beneath next . The system prompts for the next CO line
to be programmed automated attendant answering.
40. Press the Volume button (
Screen to program additional CO Lines, as necessary or to exit
programming.
