20. Enter the new DISA COD digit and press the softkey beneath save to
store.
21. Press the softkey beneath next . ANSWER POSITION displays.
22. To change the ANSWER POSITION press the softkey beneath show .
Since Answering Positions may be assigned as unique destinations per
Tenant Group, the system requires this entry now.
23. Enter the tenant group for which programming changes are to be made
(1‐3) (usually 1 ) then press the softkey beneath show . The current
ANSWER POSITION for the selected tenant group displays.
24. Press the softkey beneath chg to enter a new destination for the Day
Mode for this tenant group.
25. Enter the desired Emerald ICE system directory number (extension, UCD
group, Virtual Number) where callers should be routed when they cannot
be routed automatically and press the softkey beneath save .
26. Press the softkey beneath next . The current ANSWER POSITION for the
selected tenant group displays.
27. Press the softkey beneath chg to enter a new destination for the ALT
Mode for this tenant group.
28. Enter the appropriate Emerald ICE system directory number (extension,
UCD group, Virtual Number) where callers should be routed when they
cannot be routed automatically and press the softkey beneath save .
29. Press the softkey beneath next . The current EVE (Evening) Mode ‐
ANSWER POSITION for the selected tenant group displays.
30. Press the softkey beneath chg to enter a new destination for the EVE
Mode for this tenant group.
31. Enter the appropriate Emerald ICE system directory number (extension,
UCD group, Virtual Number) where callers should be routed when they
cannot be routed automatically and press the softkey beneath save .
32. Press the softkey beneath next . The Emerald ICE system prompts for
changes to another tenant group if necessary. If so, enter that group
number and follow the previous steps to complete programming for the
selected tenant group. Otherwise press Hold (
previous programming level (Answer Position).
33. Press the softkey beneath next . The next database item (Auto Attendant
Line) displays. Notice that the display prompts you for the CO line
directory number (740‐755).
