REP 81.5 Tray 3 Feed Rolls

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
1. Remove tray 3 feed assembly, REP
2. Remove tray 3 feed rolls, Figure 1.

Release the guide

Lift the tab and remove
the feed roll

Replacement
1. The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. Make sure that the tabs on the feed roll are located in the drive shaft.
3. Check the registration, refer to dC625
4. When new feed rolls are installed, reset the tray 3 feed count to zero. Refer to
CRU / HFSI Status.

Replacement
1. Replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
2. If a new nudger / feed and retard roll are installed, reset the bypass feed count to zero.
