REP 81.12 Tray 5 Feed Motor

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Refer to
from the customer supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity
can cause death or injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Take care during this procedure. Sharp edges may be present that can cause injury.
1. Remove the rear cover, PL 75.60 Item
2. Remove tray 5 feed motor, Figure 1.

Replacement
1. The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.

GP 14. Disconnect the power cord

Remove two screws

Disconnect the harness

Remove the motor

REP 81.13 Nip D Release Solenoid

Removal

1. Remove the upper left door cover,
2. Remove the bypass top cover,
3. Remove the nip D release solenoid,

Disconnect the harness,
then remove the nip D
release solenoid.
Replacement
1. The replacement is the reverse of the removal procedure.
