RW Description
RW 1 = force link state machine into pass state
0 = normal operation
RW 1 = force descrambler in to locked state
0 = normal operation
RW 1 = speed up descrambler unlock detect timer
0 = normal operation
RW 1 = use tpin11 input as link status
0 = normal operation
RW 1 = timers are sped up for LSI test
0 = normal operation
RW 1 = Swap
0 = off
RW 1 = watchdog timer disabled
0 = reset receive PMD when descrambler can't lock within
730us of link or lock loss.
RW 1 = disable 1000BASE-T polarity encoding
