RO 1 = autoneg hcd is none (no common half or full
duplex abilities)
0 = SGMII mode, or autoneg disabled, or no
resolution error
RO 1000-X register 5 [13:12]
RO 1 = page has been received since last read

0 = page has not been received since last read
RO 1 = phy is operating in full-duplex mode
0 = phy is operating in half-duplex mode (or
auto-negotiation has not completed)
RO 1 = link is up for SerDes applications
(SGMII or GBIC mode => both SerDes and
copper must have link for this bit to be set)
0 = link is down for SerDes applications
RO 1 = enable pause receive
